Returns & Exchanges

Tuff Haus is committed to your complete satisfaction. We gladly accept returns and exchanges to ensure your garments fit perfectly.

Eligibility

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return via your client account.

To ensure eligibility, garments must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all Tuff Haus tags attached, and within their original packaging.

Refund Timeline

Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed securely to your original payment method within 7 business days.

The Cost

• A standard logistics fee of 120 EGP applies to all standard exchanges or returns.

• Should you receive a garment that is defective or damaged upon arrival, Tuff Haus will bear all associated collection and replacement costs completely.

How It Works

  • Initiate Request
    Click the button below or log in to your account. Select the order and specific garments you wish to return, then submit your request.
  • Courier Collection
    Upon approval, our logistics team will arrange a premium courier to collect the package from your address.
    (Note: If a garment arrived damaged, please email photographic evidence to contact@tuffhauseg.com).
  • Quality Inspection & Resolution
    Once received at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the garments and promptly issue your refund or dispatch your exchange.

We are currently unable to accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Shipping and courier collection services are currently exclusive to locations within Egypt.
